How to order

Choose your type of print and size from the tables , click on the buy now link and go to the checkout to pay for it. We will contact you to confirm your order. Please make a note of the order number as it is required when sending us your photo/image via email or post.
To pay by cheque, print out the order form, complete all the relevant boxes and post it to us with your cheque and photo/image (or email the image).

Digital photos/images
Your digital images can be emailed to us at info@theroostprintstudio.co.uk or by completing the order form* and posting. If your email does not allow attachments you can use www.mailbigfile.com a free and easy to use of sending images. Please include your email address and order number.
Your digital images should ideally be saved as Jpeg's but we can also accept Bmp, Tiff and Psd. Your images should be a minimum of 150dpi but 240 - 300dpi is advisable. We will automatically check the size and quality before printing. If you would like us to check that your image is suitable to enlarge before you buy, email it to us for a free consultation. If in doubt or it is requested we will send a proof for your approval.
Hard copies (photos & Artwork)
Send your hard copies by post together with the order form*. If the image is not high enough in quality to meet your size requirements or requires heavy cropping, we will contact you immediately. Scanning is a free service when ordering prints. A scanning service is available without printing, please contact us to discuss.
Delivery
Your poster and giclee prints are usually despatched within 5 working days and are shipped rolled in postal tubes. Stretched canvas prints, block mounts and framed prints may take up to 21 days to deliver and are carefully packed in bubble wrap and corrugated transit outers for ultimate protection. Canvas prints, block mounts and frames come ready to hang. If you need your print quicker call us.
