At the Roost Print Studio, we have a 100% money back satisfaction guarantee, however we need your help to ensure that you get the best quality prints. Please be sure to read our file preparation guidlines before ordering.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for filling out the required information completely and accurately. Extra care should be taken and very specific instructions listed when giving special instructions. The Roost Print Studio is not responsible for incorrect orders due to incorrect customer instructions.
Payment terms
Pre-payment by personal cheque, money order. VISA, MasterCard, Access, Switch or Delta is required with the order. Invoices are supplied ONLY for customers who have an account with CP2 Limited.
Limitation and liability
The Roost Print Studio always takes great care to make sure your order is perfect for you and guarantees it's products 100%. However, The Roost Print Studio is NOT responsible for errors resulting from customer's failure to communicate specific desired instructions. If the error is on the part of The Roost Print Studio, our liability is limited to re-doing the job to your satisfaction or refunding your money (less postage and packing). The Roost Print Studio packages all of it's orders carefully and is NOT liable for damage to products while in transit.
Inappropriate Content
By placing an order with The Roost Print Studio, the customer agrees to the following conditions: that the content selected for inclusion in a poster does not include any of the following: (1) child pornography or anything that is indecent, obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy or vile; (2) a threat to kidnap or injure a person, a threat to injure the property or reputation of another person, a threat to accuse any person of a crime, a threat to inform another that a personhas violated any law, or a threat of blackmail; (3) any matter advocating or urging treason, insurrection, or forcible resistance to any law; (4) any defamatory remarks directed at any other person or company; (5) any content that infringes the intellectual property rights or other propriety rights of any third party; or (6) any content that otherwise violates the law applicable to such End User or applicable to such End User's intended recipient.
